After working in visual communications and transitioning to the accounting field in 2011, Monique Blair Consulting (M.B.C. LLC) in 2019 decided to establish an organization that could support both residents, nonprofits, and businesses within the same community. Anywhere in the U.S. there are homes and businesses, consumers, and producers; this is what makes up our economy. How wealth is transfer all lies in our economic environment. That is why Monique Blair Consulting developed a solution to assist residents understand their home economy and assist businesses with their operational needs in terms of accounting. Regardless of the area both are similar in assistance needing quality operations and guidance on building a better financial structure and system to remain financially strong. If a business accounting is not handled properly, it can cause that organization to face insolvency and the same with a home that does not handle finances well can find themselves quickly insolvent.  Concisely both can become bankrupt quickly due to monetary mishandling.
